Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order free of charge under the following conditions:

• Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed and handed over to our courier partner (typically within 12 to 24 hours of placing the order). Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will initiate a 100% full refund immediately.
• How to Cancel: Email us at support@notother.in or call our support desk at +91 70114 67144 with your Order ID and cancellation request.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility and an Air Waybill (AWB) has been generated, it cannot be cancelled in transit. In such cases, you can refuse delivery upon courier arrival or initiate a return upon receipt under our return policy.

2. Returns & Replacements Policy

Due to the sterile and hygienic nature of topical hair and scalp formulations, items once opened and used cannot be returned for resale unless they fall under our satisfaction guarantee or quality defect policy:

• Damaged or Defective on Arrival: If your product arrives with a damaged outer bottle, broken dropper, leakage, or quality defect, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and issue an immediate replacement or full refund.
• Incorrect Item Received: In the rare instance that you receive an item different from what was ordered, notify us within 7 calendar days. We will dispatch the correct item immediately at zero additional expense.
• 30-Day First-Bottle Guarantee: For first-time customers trying the NOT OTHER Hair Growth Serum, if you do not experience clinical scalp satisfaction after 30 days of consistent daily usage, contact our support team to request a full product refund.

3. Refund Processing & Crediting Timelines

All refund requests are handled with transparency, speed, and strict compliance with Indian banking standards:

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders eligible for refund will be processed via direct NEFT / IMPS bank transfer or UPI transfer after customer verification.

4. Step-by-Step Return / Refund Process

1. Initiate Request: Email support@notother.in with your 4-digit or 5-digit Order ID (e.g. #1024), registered email, and clear photos or videos of the issue.
2. Verification: Our customer support concierge reviews and verifies the request within 24 business hours.
3. Resolution: Once approved, we will either initiate an instant replacement dispatch or process your full refund back to your original payment mode within 5 to 7 working days.
